| During the 1960’s, Dr. George Goodheart of Detroit, Michigan discovered that evaluating normal and abnormal body function could be achieved through muscle testing. This system has been expanded to include evaluation of the nervous, vascular, and lymphatic systems, nutrition, meridian system, cerebrospinal fluid function, and many other controlling factors that have an influence on our health. Applied Kinesiology acknowledges the Triad of Health to assess body dysfunction – structure, biochemical and mental. It utilizes muscle testing combined with other standard methods of diagnosis of physical examination, orthopedic tests, labs, and x-rays, if necessary. The Applied Kinesiology examination helps find the dysfunction in the body, how to correct it, and then when a correction is made determine the progress being obtained. Back to Services
